Job summary

Medpace, Inc. is seeking a key manager to support the Study Start-Up group in APAC while based in Melbourne, Australia. You will lead strategic development, drive process improvements, and guide regulatory submissions in coordination with the Regulatory Submissions team.

The role requires input on new business opportunities, strong client relationships, and leadership of the local Australian team, with potential hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +10 years in Study Start-Up leadership within CRO/pharma.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong customer focus with ability to manage priorities under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication; regional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the study start-up/regulatory submission workstreams.
• Identify process improvements for internal workflows.
• Manage Study Start-Up/Regulatory Submission timelines per SOPs and protocols.
• Provide input on new business development opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Support the local Australian team development.
