Job summary

Anduril Industries in Australia is seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Support professional to deliver on-site and remote support for software and hardware across Windows, Linux and macOS. You will manage ticket queues, administer licenses, and contribute to knowledge base enhancements while supporting upgrades and asset tracking.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel to Melbourne and Canberra.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for software and hardware.
• Manage tickets in Jira Service Management.
• License administration for end-user software (e.g., Adobe, Lucid).
• Identify persistent problems and perform root-cause analysis.
• Manage Windows, Linux, and Apple devices; deploy and track IT hardware.
• Develop knowledge articles and SOPs for end users and staff.
• Contribute to operational improvements and lead projects as assigned.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation.
• Travel to Melbourne and Canberra offices as needed.
