Job summary

Anduril Industries in Sydney is seeking a motivated Enterprise IT Operations specialist to deliver on-site and remote technical support for software and hardware across the organization.

You will manage Windows, Linux, and Apple devices, support Jira Service Management tickets, handle license administration, and contribute to ongoing IT improvements while traveling to Melbourne and Canberra as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Extremely detailed oriented.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems and managing a ticket queue.
• Experience with IT systems, networks and related technologies.
• Experience with endpoint management tools (SCCM, Jamf, Kace, Workspace One, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of PC and Apple hardware.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for software and hardware.
• Handle tickets in the Jira Service Management system.
• License administration of end user software including but not limited to Adobe, Lucid, etc.
• Identify persistent problems and recurring failures for root cause analysis.
• Windows, Linux and Apple computer management.
• Responsible for deploying, recovering, maintaining and tracking of IT hardware.
• Identify and document knowledge articles and SOPs for end users and internal IT.
• Assist with on-going operational improvements.
• Participate in or lead projects as assigned.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation.
• Travel to our Melbourne and Canberra offices
