Job summary

Anthropic in Sydney seeks an Enablement Lead to launch APAC field readiness across GTM functions, onboarding cohorts, live practice sessions, and manager coaching. You will adapt global enablement content for APAC, run sessions in local time zones, and ensure readiness when new models ship.

You’ll work hands-on, in-person with sellers and managers, measuring impact by changes in field behavior, and collaborating with regional GTM leaders to scale a coaching standard across languages and cultures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM enablement or similar roles with programme leadership.
• Experience delivering GTM enablement in APAC regions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders beyond own team or region.
• Hands-on, practice-first enablement design and delivery.
• Understanding of how adults learn and adapt content for multilingual audiences.
• Ability to manage end-to-end enablement programmes with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Set up APAC enablement rhythm: onboarding cohorts and live practice sessions.
• Adapt international content for APAC markets, including translation ahead of delivery.
• Design and facilitate deal walkthroughs, role-plays, and customer-conversation rehearsals.
• Partner with regional GTM leaders to build scalable coaching standards.
• Own launch readiness for APAC when new models or products ship.
• Build measurement habits to track field behavior changes after programmes.
