Job summary

Optiver is seeking an APAC Mobility Partner to manage end-to-end global mobility cases, including international transfers, relocations, temporary assignments, immigration and visa renewals. You will deliver a high-touch experience for employees moving across global offices and coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure compliant, timely moves.

Based in APAC with global scope, you will drive process improvements, apply automation and AI where appropriate, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' Global Mobility experience, end-to-end mobility case management.
• Strong global mobility knowledge: transfers, relocation, immigration, tax and assignment.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases and stakeholders across jurisdictions.
• Employee service mindset with responsive, high-touch delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to explain mobility requirements.
• Experience coordinating external mobility providers: immigration, tax, relocation.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset with automation/AI interest.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of end-to-end global mobility cases, including international transfers, relocating new hires, temporary assignments, immigration and visa renewals.
• Deliver a high touch employee experience, acting as a trusted point of contact and guiding employees through each stage.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure moves are delivered smoothly and compliantly.
• Provide practical mobility advice to employees, managers and People stakeholders.
• Partner across People Services, HRBP, Recruitment, Reward, Payroll, Finance, Legal and other teams to deliver mobility outcomes.
• Manage relationships with multiple external providers across immigration, tax and relocation services.
• Identify opportunities to simplify mobility processes and reduce friction and handoffs.
• Explore technology, automation and AI to improve case management and efficiency.
• Work across regions and global time zones to support a scalable global mobility service.
