Job summary

Verian is seeking an experienced People Partner for APAC to deliver the People & Culture agenda across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, supporting around 190 employees. The role reports to the Global People Director and works with the APAC CEO to provide commercially focused people advice and an exceptional employee experience.

This 12-month parental leave cover is hybrid and offers the chance to influence strategic people initiatives within a global, matrixed organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in People Partner/HRBP roles.
• Strong ER experience across APAC markets (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore).
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a global, matrixed organisation.
• Ability to work independently with collaborative cross-geo teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR advisory to APAC CEO and leadership.
• Translate global People & Culture priorities into regional plans.
• Lead employee relations and legal compliance across APAC.
• Support recruitment in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
• Drive learning and development initiatives and succession planning.
• Champion Verian's culture and employee experience in APAC.
