Job summary

Optiver in Sydney seeks an APAC Mobility Partner on a 12-month contract who will manage end-to-end mobility cases across global offices. You will coordinate transfers, relocations, immigration and visa renewals, delivering a high-touch employee experience.

You’ll collaborate with People Services, HR Partners, Recruitment, Payroll and Legal to ensure compliant, smooth moves while exploring automation and AI to improve processes and reduce manual work. APAC focus with global scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of global mobility experience, end-to-end case management.
• Strong knowledge of transfers, relocation, immigration, tax, and assignment management.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of end-to-end global mobility cases.
• Provide high-touch employee experience and guidance throughout moves.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure timely, compliant moves.
• Offer practical mobility advice to employees, managers and People stakeholders.
• Partner with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance, Legal to deliver mobility outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual work.
• Apply technology, automation and AI to improve case management.
• Work across regions and time zones for a global service.
