Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Community Lead, APAC to build trusted relationships across the MSP ecosystem and grow Huntress' presence in the region. You will shape and deliver regional community programs, educate partners, surface insights, and connect high-potential MSPs with the right Huntress teams.

The role requires 5+ years in community or partner roles, strong public presence, deep MSP/domain knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 50% (international).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in community, partner, or field engagement within the MSP or broader channel industry.
• Strong ability to present on stage, in a boardroom, virtually, and at private dinners to influence executives.
• Understanding of the MSP/Channel business model and the cybersecurity landscape.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Own and deliver community initiatives and projects aligned with APAC priorities.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with sales, marketing, SDR, and partner success teams to identify strategic partners.
• Internal Advocacy: Represent APAC partner feedback to product, sales, and marketing teams.
