Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Community Lead for APAC based in Australia. The role combines community-building, partner engagement, cybersecurity education, and strategic collaboration to help MSPs grow, with remote-first duties and substantial travel.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Partner Success teams to identify opportunities, run events, and strengthen regional presence across APAC. This is a senior, strategic role with global engagement.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in community management, partner engagement, or related roles within MSP or channel industries.
• Strong understanding of MSP/channel business models and cybersecurity landscape.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills for executive-level partners and leaders.
• Proven ability to build trust with partners, community leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience designing and running community initiatives, partner programs or industry engagements.
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives with conflicting priorities independently.
• Excellent communication skills to translate partner feedback into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional community initiatives and deliver programs aligned with APAC priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Partner Success.
• Represent partner perspectives internally to inform product, sales, and marketing.
• Attend events and build relationships with MSP owners, peer groups, and influencers.
• Identify strategic partners and connect MSPs with sales teams to grow pipeline.
• Organize educational programs on cybersecurity trends and business development.
