Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience
• 4+ years leading recruiting teams
• Experience in APAC or multi-country Asia Pacific environments

Responsibilities

• Build and lead APAC Recruiting operations across key markets (Japan, Korea, Australia, India, Singapore) and beyond
• Manage a team of APAC recruiters and coordinate with global recruiting leads in the US
• Partner with regional leadership to develop localized talent acquisition strategies aligning with business goals
• Navigate regulatory environments across APAC ensuring compliance with employment laws and data privacy rules
• Drive senior-level searches including regional Head of leadership positions and other roles across APAC
