Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Security Operations Center Manager to lead cross-functional security teams across Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Malware Analysis, Threat Hunting, and Detection Engineering.

You will design and optimize 24/7 operations, align with global SLAs, mentor analysts, and partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support to drive security outcomes. Fully remote role in Australia with global travel for Summit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Security Analyst experience in a 24x7 SOC.
• 2+ years of team lead or managerial experience in a global SOC or IR role.
• Active engagement with the information security community.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enforce internal processes to reduce burnout and increase productivity.
• Manage and enforce 24/7 shift coverage across the globe.
• Meet with analysts weekly to socialize focus initiatives and progress careers.
• Develop and implement training programs for Digital Forensics, IR, Malware Analysis, Threat Hunting, and Automation.
• Provide technical leadership for SOC analysts.
