Job summary

State Street is seeking a Client Solution Engineer to design integrated investment servicing and data solutions for institutional clients across APAC. You will lead discovery sessions, analyze operating models, and translate requirements into scalable outcomes with State Street capabilities.

You will map workflows, define target-state models, and prepare executive-ready materials, working with sales, product, operations and technology teams. Travel across APAC is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business, technology, data or a related discipline.
• Typically 5 to 8 years of relevant experience and ability to independently lead defined client solutioning activities.
• Relevant postgraduate study or prior State Street experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand strategy, objectives and requirements.
• Map current and target operating models across front, middle and back-office functions.
• Translate needs into integrated investment servicing, data, analytics and platform capabilities.
• Prepare client presentations, demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities with cross-functional teams.
• Develop solution artefacts, scope statements, requirements and risk dependencies.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate SMEs to present end-to-end solutions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Support transition from pre-sales to delivery with clear context and commitments.
