Job summary

State Street is seeking a Client Solution Engineer to support the design and articulation of integrated investment servicing, technology and data solutions for institutional clients across APAC. You will lead client discovery sessions, analyze operating models and translate requirements into scalable outcomes that align with State Street capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in institutional investment management, asset servicing or financial technology.
• Ability to analyze complex operating models and translate requirements into business and technical outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive-ready materials.
• Experience supporting client proposals, RFI/RFPs and commercial discussions.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management across sales, product, operations and technology.

Responsibilities

• Support client discovery to understand strategy, operating model and requirements.
• Map current-state workflows and design target-state operating models.
• Translate needs into integrated front-to-back office solutions.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, demos and workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Develop solution artefacts: workflows, scope statements, assumptions and risks.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and commercial proposals.
