Job summary

State Street is seeking a Client Solution Engineer to design integrated investment servicing, technology and data solutions for APAC institutional clients. You will lead discovery sessions, analyze operating models and translate requirements into scalable outcomes across our capabilities.

In this role, you will articulate value propositions, collaborate with sales, product, operations and technology teams, and prepare compelling demonstrations and proposals. Travel across APAC as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience designing client solutions for institutional clients.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable architectures.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery to capture strategy, objectives and success criteria.
• Map current and target operating models, data flows, and tech dependencies.
• Translate needs into integrated front-to-back office solutions.
• Prepare client presentations, demos, workshops and proofs-of-concept.
• Develop solution artefacts: workflows, scope, requirements, decisions.
• Support RFI/RFP responses and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate SMEs across business, product, architecture and operations.
• Ensure transitions from pre-sales to delivery are clear and aligned.
