Job summary

State Street is seeking a Client Solution Engineer to design integrated investment servicing, technology and data solutions for institutional clients across APAC. You will lead client discovery sessions, analyze operating models and translate complex requirements into clear, scalable outcomes with State Street capabilities.

You will collaborate with sales, product, operations and technology to deliver end-to-end solutions, develop artefacts, support RFIs/RFPs and help build compelling value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business, technology, or related discipline.
• Typically 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in institutional investment management, asset servicing, financial technology or consulting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into concrete solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured client discovery to capture strategy and objectives.
• Map current-state workflows and data flows to target operating models.
• Translate client needs into integrated front-to-back solutions.
• Prepare client presentations, demos, and workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Develop solution artefacts: workflows, scope statements, risks, decisions.
• Support RFIs/RFPs and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate SMEs to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and delivery readiness.
