Job summary

Vertice, the world’s first Intelligent Procurement Platform, is seeking an APAC Client Operations lead to bring onboarding playbooks to the region. You will convert signed contracts into active, happy users on our platform, shaping how APAC operates and expanding client relationships across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a top-tier, high-pressure environment.
• Ambitious and curious, eager to learn everything about client service in SaaS.
• Obsessed with new tooling and spending time experimenting with AI.

Responsibilities

• Design and own onboarding processes for APAC clients, including automation and AI-driven tools.
• Master collection and structuring of client spend data with high accuracy.
• Maintain account hygiene and ensure live data reflects actual deployments.
• Lead the Go-Live journey coordinating across account managers and procurement teams.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and external client stakeholders to unblock onboarding.
• Lead training sessions for new users to ensure platform adoption and value realization.
• Own performance metrics on stack accuracy, time-to-value, and onboarding completion.
