Job summary

Ideagen is seeking a BDR Manager - APAC in Melbourne to lead and coach a high-performing BDR team. You will drive outbound activity, generate meetings, and build pipelines across the APAC region while aligning with Sales and Marketing to hit revenue targets.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and expertise with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to monitor performance and coach reps effectively.

Qualifications

• Leading BDR/ SDR teams in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong outbound sales understanding and pipeline metrics.
• Ability to coach and manage performance across reps.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing BDR team.
• Drive activity, meeting generation, and pipeline across APAC.
• Monitor KPIs using dashboards and reporting tools.
• Deliver regular coaching via call reviews and role plays.
• Analyze performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Demand Generation teams.
• Recruit, onboard and develop BDR talent.
• Manage forecasting, reporting and performance improvement plans.
