Harvest Road Group is hiring an experienced AP/AR Support Officer to join our Finance team in Perth CBD on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term basis. You will manage high-volume supplier invoices, bank reconciliations, and customer invoicing, while coordinating priorities and communicating with multiple stakeholders across the group.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a similar role, strong Excel/MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant experience in AP/AR or similar role.
• Experience with computerised financial systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Reliable, punctual and highly accountable with strong written and verbal communication.
• Effective time management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team.
• Pre-employment medical and criminal record checks required.

Responsabilidades

• Process high-volume supplier invoices accurately and daily.
• Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
• Handle daily invoicing to customers and maintain cash flow records.
• Coordinate priorities to meet service levels and standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders across group entities for queries.
• Execute standard AP/AR tasks including payment runs and master files.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete ad hoc tasks as required.
