Hunter Manning is partnering with a well-regarded organisation to find an experienced Accounts Officer to join its finance team on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Perth, WA.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day accounting, including AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, BAS/IAS support, and payroll assistance as required. The role requires 2+ years in a similar role and strong ERP/Excel and GST knowledge, with a collaborative team culture.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar accounts role.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and intermediate Excel.
• Sound understanding of GST and general accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting/Bookkeeping or relevant tertiary qualification (desirable).

Aufgaben

• Full-function accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Processing and coding supplier invoices and preparing payment runs.
• Customer invoicing and following up overdue accounts.
• Daily bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintaining supplier and customer master files.
• Assisting with month-end, including accruals and journals.
• Preparing BAS and IAS support documentation.
• Assisting with payroll as required.
• Handling finance queries from internal and external stakeholders.
