Job summary

The Salvation Army in Bendigo, VIC is seeking a Team Leader for Non-Residential AOD Services. You will guide a multidisciplinary team delivering intake, assessments, counselling, care coordination and recovery planning, ensuring high-quality service delivery on-site in Bendigo.

You will oversee clinical practice, support staff development, and align with program funding and outcomes while maintaining a manageable client caseload and strong frontline connections.

Qualifications

• Holding, or the ability and commitment to obtain, the AOD Skill Set within your first 12 months of employment.
• A current Victorian Driver's Licence is required.
• A current Employee Working with Children Check is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise a multidisciplinary team of AOD practitioners.
• Support complex client presentations and provide clinical guidance.
• Manage service performance, quality standards and outcome targets.
• Facilitate team meetings, supervision and professional development.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partner agencies.
• Drive continuous improvement and service innovation.
