Job summary

The Oolong Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a dedicated role to support residents in a 16‑week alcohol and other drugs program. You will manage a caseload, conduct treatment planning on arrival, and liaise with external agencies to ensure coordinated care.

Ideal candidates will have experience with complex clients, strong teamwork, and adherence to organisational policies. A Certificate IV in AOD is preferred, with willingness to obtain additional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Caseload management and support delivery
• Ability to follow organisational Policies & Procedures
• Experience working with complex clients including AOD/mental health

Responsibilities

• Caseload of up to 20 residents; follow up needs and requests
• Support residents through 16‑week program
• Notify residents of outcomes of requests
• Conduct leaves and visit requests; notify accordingly
• Develop treatment plans on arrival
• Liaise with external agencies (Probation, Parole, NSW Police)
• Participate in random room searches
• Complete case notes accurately and promptly
