Job summary

Odyssey House NSW is seeking a part-time team member to join our Multicultural Programs at Blacktown. You will deliver AOD and mental health support, with case management, outreach, and wrap-around care, including CALD community work.

We value trauma-informed, recovery-oriented approaches and require availability outside standard hours to meet client needs. You’ll contribute to a supportive, inclusive team environment across Greater Sydney.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting persons with AOD and/or mental health needs.
• Experience in group facilitation and program delivery.
• Ability to undertake brief and comprehensive assessment and ongoing client support needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group treatment, case management, assertive outreach and wrap-around support.
• Availability during evenings and weekends to assist clients.
• Develop and maintain CALD community relationships and collaborate with other programs.
