Job summary

Kerry Group is seeking a Strategic Pricing Lead ANZ, based in Sydney, to shape and deliver pricing strategies that protect margin and enable sustainable growth across the ANZ market.

Reporting to the Finance Director ANZ, you will work with commercial, procurement, operations and PMM teams to align pricing with business goals and margin expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant pricing experience with ability to lead pricing processes across functions.
• Strong commercial acumen to identify pricing risks and opportunities.
• Excellent analytical skills to turn financial data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies across the ANZ market and technology portfolio.
• Review cost and pricing movements, monitor margin performance and drive improvement actions.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to understand key cost movements and support recovery plans.
• Provide timely pricing support to the sales organisation with market pricing teams.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities and advise on growth strategies.
• Oversee annual pricing renewal, rebates, and costing for new product opportunities.
• Coach and support the Pricing Specialist team with the PMM Lead.

About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Pricing Lead ANZ to play a key role in shaping and delivering pricing strategies that protect margin, support sustainable growth and enable strong commercial decision‑making across the ANZ business.

Based in Sydney and reporting to the Finance Director ANZ, this role will work closely with commercial, procurement, operations, PMM and market pricing teams to identify risks and opportunities, support pricing activity and ensure decisions align with business and margin expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement pricing strategies across the ANZ market and technology portfolio.
• Review cost and pricing movements, monitor margin performance and lead improvement actions where needed.
• Work with procurement and operations to understand key cost movements and support mitigation or recovery plans.
• Deliver timely and accurate pricing support to the sales organisation in partnership with market pricing teams.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth.
• Manage the annual pricing renewal process, sales rebates process, and costing and pricing for new product opportunities.
• Support and coach the Pricing Specialist team in partnership with the PMM Lead.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, or a related field, with experience leading pricing processes or influencing commercial decision‑making across functions;
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify pricing risk and opportunity.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn financial data into practical business insights.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions, regions and business priorities.
• Strong understanding of risk management, including commodity, currency and other cost drivers.
• Self‑sufficient, flexible and comfortable managing competing local, regional and global deadlines.
