Job summary

Kerry Group in Sydney invites applications for a Strategic Pricing Lead ANZ. You will shape pricing strategies to protect margins and enable sustainable growth across ANZ, partnering with commercial, procurement, operations and finance teams.

Based in Sydney, you will lead pricing initiatives and support commercial decision-making with market pricing insights. You will also mentor the Pricing Specialist team, manage annual pricing renewals, and collaborate across regional and global stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, commerce, business, economics or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ pricing, commercial finance or revenue management experience.
• Ability to lead pricing processes and influence commercial decisions across functions.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify pricing risks and opportunities.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.

About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Pricing Lead ANZ to play a key role in shaping and delivering pricing strategies that protect margin, support sustainable growth and enable strong commercial decision-making across the ANZ business.

Based in Sydney and reporting to the Finance Director ANZ, this role will work closely with commercial, procurement, operations, PMM and market pricing teams to identify risks and opportunities, support pricing activity and ensure decisions align with business and margin expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement pricing strategies across the ANZ market and technology portfolio.
• Review cost and pricing movements, monitor margin performance and lead improvement actions where needed.
• Work with procurement and operations to understand key cost movements and support mitigation or recovery plans.
• Deliver timely and accurate pricing support to the sales organisation in partnership with market pricing teams.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth.
• Manage the annual pricing renewal process, sales rebates process, and costing and pricing for new product opportunities.
• Support and coach the Pricing Specialist team in partnership with the PMM Lead.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, or a related field, with experience leading pricing processes or influencing commercial decision-making across functions;
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify pricing risk and opportunity.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn financial data into practical business insights.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions, regions and business priorities.
• Strong understanding of risk management, including commodity, currency and other cost drivers.
• Self-sufficient, flexible and comfortable managing competing local, regional and global deadlines.
