Job summary

Shell Lubricants is seeking a commercially sharp leader to grow our B2C lubricants business across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the South Pacific Islands. As Pricing and Portfolio Manager – ANZ, you will translate financial insights into action and lead the operating rhythm that drives profitable growth across the region.

Responsibilities

Lead the Oceania B2C growth strategy with partners.
Use financial modelling, pricing analysis, and P&L insights to grow revenue and profitability.
Improve distributor performance, forecasting, portfolio effectiveness and supply reliability.
Prioritise high-return opportunities and guide commercial investments.
Partner with Shell teams to convert demand into profitable growth.
Build trusted relationships with business partners, customers and internal stakeholders.
