Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of solar sales experience across multi-quarter cycles.
• Fluent English with strong prospecting and account management.
• Established overseas PV industry customer resources and connections.
• Ability to negotiate sales deals contributing to top and bottom line.

Aufgaben

• Lead ANZ utility-scale strategy and implement business plans.
• Oversee regional operations: orders, shipments, revenue, profit, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with ecological utility partners in the ANZ region.
• Identify growth opportunities and manage overseas expansion with marketing.
• Conduct market research on the PV industry; analyze trends and competition; propose improvements.
• Expand major customers and projects in integrated ground station scenarios; guide overseas market development.
• Improve sales processes; refine strategies; ensure risk management.
• Coordinate cross-department communication; ensure product delivery aligns with sales tasks.
