Job summary

Solis in Melbourne is seeking an experienced C&I Sales Manager to drive growth in the Australian market for solar inverters and energy storage solutions. You will lead sales strategy, build channel partnerships, and expand market share through distributors, EPCs, installers, and system integrators.

The role requires a minimum of five years in solar, renewable energy, or energy storage sales, a strong network of local partners, and proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder deals with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 5+ years sales experience in solar PV, renewable energy, or energy storage.
• Proven C&I inverter sales, commercial solar projects, or energy storage experience.
• Strong network of Australian distributors, EPCs, installers, system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for C&I solar inverters and energy storage in Australia.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage to meet targets.
• Manage relationships with distributors, EPCs, installers, and system integrators.
• Support projects from initial engagement through contract closure with internal teams.
• Forecast revenue and provide regular business updates to leadership.
