Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in engineering, instrumentation, electrical engineering, business or marketing.
• 5+ years in senior-level B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in electrical power, utilities, energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of power generation, transmission and distribution markets.
• Experience leading regional sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategies and market-development initiatives for Megger's solutions.
• Lead strategic account development with utilities, OEMs and major customers.
• Manage distributors and channel partners across the ANZ region.
• Lead pricing, forecasting, tenders and negotiations.
• Oversee customer acquisition, retention and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, applications and marketing teams.
