Job summary

Cambi is seeking a Regional Manager to drive profitable growth and strengthen its market position in Australia and New Zealand. You will own the regional sales pipeline, lead complex sales processes, and coordinate across Cambi’s sales, service, engineering and project teams to deliver commercially sound solutions.

This role combines regional market development and key account management with a focus on O&M services, tender leadership and long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience developing or managing O&M contracts.
• Knowledge of wastewater/sludge treatment processes.
• Experience with public-sector customers and tenders.
• Minimum six years B2B technical sales or business development.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Own regional sales pipeline and manage the full sales cycle.
• Develop O&M services and long-term contracts.
• Coordinate across sales, service, engineering and projects.
• Lead public tenders and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain CRM with accurate forecasts.
• Travel to clients across AU and NZ.
