Job summary

Gridsight is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to turn ANZ regional opportunities into measurable outcomes from Sydney. This hands-on role reports to the ANZ GM and focuses on deepening accounts, expanding through partners and making the regional commercial engine scalable.

You will structure regional problems, define workstreams with owners and milestones, and connect Sales, Partnerships and Delivery to drive repeatable, data-driven results across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience turning regional priorities into executable plans.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive evidence-based decisions.
• Strong capability to align Sales, Partnerships and Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of ANZ region’s high-impact commercial initiatives with clear milestones.
• Turn leadership priorities into workstreams with owners, milestones and risks.
• Structure regional problems from first principles and test hypotheses with evidence.
• Incubate regional motions and transition them to the right owner.
• Build a repeatable operating system with dashboards and cadence for performance.
