Job summary

Solventum, a healthcare company, is seeking an ANZ Product Manager – Indirect Restoratives to own end-to-end product strategy for Australia and New Zealand. You will drive lifecycle from launch through growth, aligning regional priorities with in-market plans and partnering with Sales to shape campaigns and messaging.

Hybrid work in Australia with occasional travel up to 20% and strong cross-functional collaboration across regulatory, supply, marketing and clinical teams to deliver profitable

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Indirect Restoratives’ commercial topline and margin growth and performance KPIs in Australia and New Zealand
• Translate regional growth drivers into actionable country plans and accelerate growth or address gaps
• Lead local NPI planning and execution with pricing, positioning, and launch readiness; coordinate cross-functional alignment (sales, marketing, regulatory, supply)
• Gather market insights and competitive intelligence; provide input into regional strategy based on local dynamics
• Partner with sales to drive campaigns and sales stories; collaborate with regulatory and supply teams to ensure compliance and availability
• Support local pricing strategy and ensure profitability of the Indirect Restoratives portfolio
