Job summary

Solventum is seeking an ANZ Product Manager – Indirect Restoratives to drive end-to-end product strategy in Australia and New Zealand. You will align country plans with APAC priorities, partner with sales and marketing to execute campaigns, and manage lifecycle from launch through growth to optimization.

You will lead local NPI, pricing, and go-to-market readiness while collaborating with regulatory, supply, and clinical education teams to understand customer needs and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management for healthcare or life sciences.
• Ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle from launch to sunset.
• Strong collaboration with sales, marketing, regulatory and supply teams.
• Experience with pricing and go-to-market planning.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end product strategy for Indirect Restoratives in ANZ.
• Align country plans with APAC regional priorities and executives.
• Lead NPI planning, go-to-market pricing and launch readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: sales, marketing, regulatory, supply.
