Job summary

Solventum is seeking an ANZ Product Manager for Indirect Restoratives to drive end-to-end product strategy, execution, and market success in Australia and New Zealand. The role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Supply to deliver growth and portfolio optimization.

You will lead local NPI planning, pricing considerations, and go-to-market readiness, while translating regional priorities into country plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Indirect Restoratives' country product strategy and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop campaigns and sales stories for growth.
• Lead local NPI planning with regional teams and launch readiness.
• Gather market insights and identify portfolio opportunities based on local dynamics.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, regulatory and supply.
