Job summary

Georg Fischer (GF) seeks an experienced National Sales Manager to lead the sales team from our Riverwood, Sydney office across Australia and New Zealand. You will drive market share growth, manage key customer relationships and develop national sales strategy.

You will lead proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-based solutions for GF's piping systems and industrial solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior sales leadership experience, preferably in piping systems, plumbing or industrial supply.
• Experience leading teams across multiple states.
• Strong budgeting, negotiation and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication with distributors and customers.
• Ability to understand technical products and lead solution-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and delivering the national sales strategy and plan to achieve budget, including targets and KPIs, and reporting on performance to senior management
• Driving market share growth by pinpointing key customers and product focus areas and winning new business across GF's range
• Building a positive, collaborative team culture grounded in GF's values, where people feel supported and motivated to succeed
• Keeping knowledge of GF's product range current, analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify competitive advantages
• Leading proposals, presentations and contract negotiations, and collaborating with internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
