Job summary
Rheem Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic National Service Manager to lead the National Field Service, Technical Support and Spare Parts teams across plumbing, water heating, electrical and HVAC. You will shape today’s service organisation and drive the future operating model with strong people leadership.
You will manage 60+ professionals, lead service performance, safety and profitability, and partner with Product, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing to deliver exceptional customer
Qualifications
- Relevant university degree in engineering, business, commerce, operations or related disciplines.
- Experience in leadership, operations, service or field service.
- Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and frontline leaders.
- Strong strategic and analytical capability with hands‑on execution.
- Proven track record in improving operational performance and driving transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop National Field Service, Technical Support and Spare Parts to create a high‑performance, customer‑focused culture.
- Own service performance, productivity, customer satisfaction, safety, cost and P&L outcomes.
