Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Partner Development Manager for ANZ to manage a portfolio of partners in the Commercial segment. You will develop joint business plans, co-sell motions, and relationships that help partners win with customers adopting and growing on AWS.

You will own the pipeline, collaborate with Commercial sales teams and contribute to joint GTM plans, with a focus on migration, modernisation, and AI/ML. The role emphasizes data-driven reviews to executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, partner development and alliances management.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels of an organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a partner business plan for a portfolio of consulting and technology partners in the Commercial segment.
• Build and manage strong working relationships at partner organisations as the day-to-day contact for your portfolio.
• Create and progress partner-attached pipeline with Commercial sales teams.
• Contribute to joint go-to-market plans and execute them to drive measurable outcomes.
• Assess partner capabilities and inform investment in migration, modernisation, and AI/ML.
• Own reporting on partner performance, pipeline health, and business plan attainment with data-driven insights.
• Champion partner engagement across AWS sales, solutions architecture, and marketing to reduce deal friction.
• Share best practices and help develop peers, contributing to team capability and operational excellence.
