Responsibilities

• Professionally manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Coordinate service requests both preventive and reactive, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer outcomes.
• Schedule and dispatch field service engineers for urgent and planned maintenance activities.
• Support project teams by coordinating resources for new system installations.
• Monitor engineer welfare and conduct fatigue management check-ins as required.
• Prepare service quotations for work outside contracted service agreements.
• Track orders and provide customers with accurate updates on service progress.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation within company systems.
