Job summary

Couchbase is seeking an exceptional Strategic Account Representative for ANZ to drive growth across major tech-led enterprises. You will engage CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to translate capabilities into measurable business outcomes, manage complex sales cycles, and build a robust pipeline.

This senior role emphasizes cloud, data, AI, and database platforms. You will maintain relationships across technology, product and data leadership while meeting ambitious revenue targets in ANZ.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Proven track record meeting quotas.
• Experience selling professional services.
• Technical sales experience in database tech.
• Experience selling via partner ecosystems in ANZ.
• Completion of MEDDIC or equivalent training.
• Strong relationship-building and communication.

Responsibilities

• Close business to meet quarterly and annual bookings.
• Acquire net new logos.
• Uncover opportunities in existing accounts and create new ones.
• Maintain pipeline in SFDC.
• Lead presentations to potential customers.
• Build strong relationships for growth.
• Forecast and manage opportunities.
• Sell a complete software, services and support solution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for events.
