Job summary

Cyera is hiring a Channel Sales Engineer to support ANZ channel partners from Melbourne. You will serve as the technical expert, delivering pre-sales support, demos, PoCs, and guidance to partners to win deals.

You will master Cyera’s architecture, convey its value, and help partners articulate competitive differentiation. You will train partners, develop enablement materials, and drive strong partner relationships in a hyper-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales or solutions architecture for cloud security.
• Ability to demonstrate product architecture and differentiation.
• Experience with channel partners or VARs.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support to channel partners including demos and PoCs.
• Demonstrate architecture, value proposition, and differentiation.
• Identify and remove roadblocks in partner engagements.
• Own technical success plans and quarterly milestones for strategic partners.
• Develop technical evangelists within partners for effective pitching and demos.
• Create and deliver technical enablement and training for partners.
• Create sales enablement materials and technical documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and understand their needs.
• Monitor trends and competitive landscape to inform channel strategy.
• Collaborate with sales to pursue new partners and opportunities.
• Gather feedback to inform product improvements.
