Ourschool Ltd is seeking an Alumni Program Coordinator to deliver our alumni program at Blaxland High School, NSW. This part-time role (2 days per week) is a 2-year fixed-term contract, with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in marketing or communications or education or relevant work experience.
• Ability to manage social media platforms including Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement Ourschool’s alumni program at Blaxland High School.
• Maintain and grow the school’s alumni database and communications.
• Plan and run alumni career pathways sessions and classroom Q&A events.
• Provide regular progress reports to Ourschool and school leadership.
• Promote the program and engage with the school community and stakeholders.
