Qualifications

• Experience in alumni relations, community engagement, or related field.
• Ability to plan and execute campaigns and events for alumni communities.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver alumni engagement initiatives and communications aligned with strategy.
• Coordinate alumni newsletters, social media, and community activities across channels.
• Maintain alumni data, segmentation, and reporting accuracy in the CRM.
• Support CRM-related projects and system improvements for alumni programs.
• Coordinate events, reunions, guest speaker sessions, and industry engagements.
