Job summary

All Hallows' School in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Community Relations and Development professional to nurture lifelong connections with the School’s past pupil community. You will build engagement programs, plan reunions and events, manage donor portfolios, and deliver targeted communications that showcase the impact of alumni involvement.

Qualifications

Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse audiences.
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
Strategic, proactive approach to community engagement and philanthropy.
Strong research, analytical and administrative skills, with database experience.
Current Queensland Working with Children Clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Build meaningful lifelong relationships with past pupils and promote engagement with the School.
Develop programs to increase participation in philanthropy, volunteering and advocacy.
Manage a portfolio of past pupil prospects and donors, including identification, cultivation and stewardship.
Coordinate events, reunions, and networking opportunities with the Past Pupils’ Association.
Create targeted communications that showcase the impact of alumni involvement and generosity.
