Working with diverse groups, you will build strong relationships and coordinate volunteers to support school life. Reporting to the Head of Development, you will develop and deliver engagement programs, manage events, and provide valuable

• Experience designing and delivering engagement programs, events or community initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate volunteers and manage multiple programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with alumni, parents, past parents, volunteers, donors and community stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver alumni and community engagement programs, events and initiatives.
• Deliver alumni programs including reunions, networking, mentoring and clubs to encourage ongoing participation.
• Coordinate and support community groups and volunteers, including recognition and stewardship activities.
• Work across the School to coordinate and promote community engagement initiatives.
• Use data, audience insights and feedback to inform engagement planning and reporting.
