Job summary

Ourschool Ltd seeks a motivated Alumni Program Coordinator to deliver our alumni program at Castlemaine Secondary College, Castlemaine, Victoria. The role is part-time (2 days per week) on a 2-year fixed-term contract, with an annual salary of 75,000 pro-rated to 0.315 FTE plus 12% superannuation.

You will build relationships, plan events, grow the alumni database, and collaborate with school leaders to connect alumni with students and curriculum activities. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified with relevant field experience in education or community building.
• Experience in alumni relations, communications, marketing or teaching is valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the alumni program at Castlemaine Secondary College.
• Coordinate events, engage alumni and connect them with students.
• Maintain and grow the school’s alumni database and communications.
• Collaborate with school leaders to deliver program activities and KPIs.
• Prepare progress reports and promote the program to stakeholders.
