Job summary

JMC Academy in Brisbane is seeking a Student Admissions Advisor to drive enrolments through consultative conversations, campus events and robust student engagement. You will guide prospective students through applications, interviews and admissions while collaborating with Academic, Student Recruitment, Marketing and Services teams.

The role is based at the Brisbane campus and offered as a full-time permanent position with a hybrid arrangement, combining on-campus presence and remote activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, admissions, student recruitment or similar target-driven environment.
• Ability to build relationships and influence decisions through consultative conversations.
• Comfort with outbound calls and engaging with prospective students from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience working toward KPIs or sales targets.
• Strong objection-handling, communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospective student enquiries via phone, email, virtual consultations and on-campus interactions.
• Conduct outbound calls to nurture enquiries through admissions to enrolment.
• Guide applicants through the application, interview and admissions process.
• Build relationships with students, parents, schools and industry stakeholders.
• Provide accurate information on courses, student life and admissions requirements.
• Coordinate domestic student enrolment from enquiry to commencement.
• Conduct campus tours and participate in events and information sessions.
• Maintain records in CRM systems and admissions platforms.
• Aim for enrolment targets while delivering excellent student experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support conversion and retention.
