De La Salle College Malvern is seeking an Alumni & Community Manager to lead alumni engagement, coordinate a vibrant calendar of events and community initiatives. The role reports to the Head of Community & Engagement and focuses on strengthening alumni relations, planning key college functions, and building connections with stakeholders to support the College’s growth and mission.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar Alumni/Community role.
Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong minute-taking, document preparation and records management experience.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Commitment to child safety and Catholic education values.
Ability to build professional relationships with students, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

Develop direct relationships across the alumni community and seek feedback to improve engagement and enrolments.
Collaborate with the Business Manager and Community Engagement Team on the Alumni Strategic Plan.
Survey alumni to understand engagement needs and plan a calendar of functions and events.
Plan, coordinate and manage reunions and college events with quality standards.
Manage annual budgets for college events in conjunction with the Business Manager.
Identify PR and marketing opportunities to promote college functions/events.
