Job summary

Unyte in Brendale, QLD is seeking an Allocator to coordinate daily truck and driver allocations across multiple projects, ensuring safety, compliance and excellent customer service. The role includes rostering, scheduling, maximizing fleet utilisation, engaging subcontractors, liaising with workshop teams and handling incidents and weather disruptions.

• Previous Transport Allocator/ Fleet Allocator/ Logistics Coordinator experience
• Knowledge of CoR, NHVR and fatigue management
• Scheduling systems experience
• Strong organisation and communication
• Problem solving and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily truck and driver allocations
• Prepare and manage daily and weekly transport schedules
• Maximise fleet utilisation
• Manage driver availability and reallocations
• Engage subcontractors
• Liaise with workshop teams
• Communicate schedules to drivers
• Respond to client requests
• Monitor CoR and fatigue compliance
• Manage incidents and weather disruptions
• Maintain records and reporting
• Support onboarding and toolbox meetings
