Qualifications

• Experience in practice management or senior healthcare administration
• Strong communication and friendly client service style
• Manage bookings, billing, payments, and records
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
• High attention to detail with strong organisation and problem-solving
• Allied health admin experience preferred
• Cliniko, HICAPS, and/or NDIS billing exposure preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day admin and operations of a multi-site allied health practice
• Manage front-of-house services: phones, enquiries, bookings, payments
• Own systems, workflows, and operational follow-through
• Support and guide administrative team
• Improve processes; ensure high standards in records, scheduling, billing, compliance
• Collaborate with Clinical Director to run operations efficiently
• Proactively resolve operational issues
