Job summary

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment PTY LTD is seeking a capable Practice Manager to oversee daily admin and operations across multiple sites. You will blend front-of-house services with ownership of systems, workflows, and ongoing improvements.

You will lead the admin team, enhance processes, and ensure accurate client records, scheduling, billing, and compliance while collaborating with the Clinical Director to maintain smooth, proactive operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in practice management or senior healthcare administration.
• Strong communication skills and confident, friendly client service style.
• Proven ability to manage bookings, billing, payments, and client records.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel.
• High attention to detail with strong organisation and problem-solving.
• Allied health/medical admin experience preferred.
• Cliniko, HICAPS, and/or NDIS billing exposure would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational management of a multi-site allied health practice.
• Manage front-of-house client service including phones, enquiries, bookings, and payments.
• Own systems, workflows, and operational follow-through.
• Support and guide the administrative team.
• Improve processes and maintain high standards across client records, scheduling, billing, and compliance.
• Work closely with the Clinical Director to keep operations running efficiently.
• Proactively resolve operational issues.
