Job summary

CEVA Logistics, a leading 3PL, is seeking a Pricing & Quoting Administrator in Banksmeadow, NSW. You will coordinate and prepare accurate quotations for Air & Ocean freight, gathering rates from internal teams, carriers and service providers, while maintaining pricing data and supporting RFQs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, pricing, freight forwarding or a similar commercial support role.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Sound Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative approach and confidence working across different teams.
• Strong follow-up skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate Air and Ocean freight quotations.
• Obtain and consolidate rates, surcharges and service information from internal teams, carriers and service providers.
• Maintain accurate pricing data, rate schedules and supporting documentation.
• Support RFQs and tender activity through rate collection, data entry and document preparation.
• Review quotation inputs for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Coordinate day-to-day pricing enquiries with Product, Operations and Business Development teams.
• Follow up outstanding pricing requests and actions to support timely customer responses.
• Maintain quotation histories, customer-specific rates and other pricing records.
• Prepare routine pricing reports and data extracts.
• Support continuous improvement of pricing and quotation processes.
